SIG was formally established in Livermore, California US in 2018, but it has been in business since 2006. SIG started its first investment in residential real-estate and bought first rental property in Santa Clara California.

Ahmad Sawas, Founder and CEO. He Began his investment career in Aug, 2004 when he purchased his first residential rental property. The number of properties grow to 4 by 2014 - left funded with no outside investors. Ahmad come with great wealth of experience in building new companies/origination from ground up. He built 4 different org
Ahmad Sawas, Founder and CEO. He Began his investment career in Aug, 2004 when he purchased his first residential rental property. The number of properties grow to 4 by 2014 - left funded with no outside investors. Ahmad come with great wealth of experience in building new companies/origination from ground up. He built 4 different organization from ground up at Comdex.com, Walmart.com, and Cisco. He formed his own company in 2019, but he start his investment carrier as early as 2001.
